Baby it's cold outside

It certainly is cold outside everyday now... Boo. I like it warm but not too warm, about 75 degrees everyday would be perfect for me. But on cold days like today I love to warm up with a nice cup of soup. Here is the soup I made my family for Christmas eve. I served it with parsley & sauteed leeks :)

I'm glad you enjoyed my recipe! It's an 'ol faithful...had it for years. Used to just be cheddar potato, then Justin and I turned it into loaded baked potato at Bluegrass this year :) Yum-O!

Stay warm! See you soon!
