This past Saturday we my very good friend Joe's 30th birthday! His wife, Megan, threw him a surprise party of which he was completely surprised with. (that last sentence sounds so redundant, sorry) I was so happy to get to go to Heber Springs to celebrate. I hope you had a great birthday Joe. Best wishes in your 30th year!
It was a great weekend filled with catching up with old friends, having a few too many libations and just enjoying life. It was nearly the perfect weekend! The only downfall was I had to drive about 6 hours each way, but it did give me a lot of 'me' time to think and make decisions about what I want to do, and it was a pretty easy drive. Here's a picture of the lake as I was driving into town. 
I took tons of pictures of Luke, he is getting so big and is quite the cheeser in front of the camera.
